Our Story
A Clinic Built on Love, Legacy, and Learning
Mason Moore poured himself into his one year of kindergarten with incredible joy and effort. Though he passed away from cancer, his love of learning left a lasting impression on everyone around him. His spirit is the heart of everything we do at Moore Prep.
Inspired by Mason, Lana Millard founded Moore Prep | Learning Support Clinic after spending 15 years teaching at Franklin Academy, working closely with children and families in early elementary years. She created this clinic to give every child patient, caring, confidence-building support in an emotionally safe and calm space.
A portion of all proceeds is donated annually to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Mason's honor, so his legacy continues to help children beyond our walls.

Our Programs
Where Learning Feels Safe
We start small with 1:1 tutoring and grow intentionally. Our programs are designed for Pre-K through 2nd grade, building skills before pressure and measuring progress without rushing.
Pre-K Literacy
Letter recognition, letter sounds, name writing, listening comprehension, and storytelling to spark a love of reading.
Pre-K Math
Counting to 20, number recognition, shapes, patterns, sorting, and one-to-one correspondence through hands-on activities.
Fine Motor & Writing Prep
Pencil grip, tracing, cutting, Play-Doh strengthening, and pre-writing strokes to build the foundation for handwriting.
Reading Support
Phonics, blending, decoding, sight words, fluency, and reading confidence for early elementary learners.
Math Support
Number sense, addition and subtraction, fact fluency, and word problems to strengthen mathematical confidence.
Social & School Readiness
Following routines, turn-taking, asking for help, emotional regulation, and building independence for school success.
